Title: Sub-Rental Coordinator

Salary Range: $25-$29 per hour

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the sub-renting all A/V equipment.
• Communicates with the salesperson of proposed sub-rentals; then negotiates with vendors for the best price and the best usage dates on all sub-rentals.
• Maintains the sub-rental vendor database with contacts, current address, insurance certificates, products available and quality of the vendor's equipment.
• Reviews and ensures that all incoming and outgoing sub-rented equipment is received as ordered and accurately returned.
• Strictly follows established processes in order to ensure accuracy in all equipment check-ins, damaged/missing equipment, and order extensions.
• Coordinates the pick-up and return of sub-rented assets.

Required Education and Experience

• Must have AV background and solid knowledge of AV equipment.
• Must have effective communication skills and proven customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal and team player skills.
• Ability to communicate with equipment vendors and all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires a committed team player willing to go the extra mile.
• Clean driving record and current California Driver license.
• Must be reliable.
• Must have a sense of urgency to get things done.
